Use the map on this page or open the Exploren app and allow location access. You'll see nearby chargers, their connector types and whether they're currently available. You can filter by location and check live status before you set off, so you're never guessing whether a bay is free.

Exploren connects drivers to thousands of charge points across Australia and New Zealand, and the network grows every month as new businesses, councils and property owners join. Because we're charger agnostic and OCPP compliant, we work with more than 50 charger brands.

The app is the easiest way to find EV charging stations, check availability and track your session, but you can also start a charge by scanning the QR code on the charger itself. Both options let you pay securely without a subscription.

Pricing is set by the owner of each charger, not by Exploren, so rates vary by location. You'll always see the tariff for a station in the app before you begin, and you'll get a full session summary showing energy used, duration and cost.

Yes. Reservations are available at participating locations, so you can hold a bay before you arrive and avoid waiting. Look for the reserve option when you select a station in the app.

Yes. The network includes both AC and DC fast charging, so you can top up slowly while you work or shop, or add range quickly when you're travelling. Filter by charger speed in the app to find the option that suits your trip.
