Promotional offer

This offer is issued by EVE Australia Pty Ltd t/as Exploren (ACN 614 095 644).
Promo code CHARGE10 applies a 10% discount on: (a) residential (home) EV chargers purchased via evse.com.au; and (b) Exploren public charging vouchers purchased via evse.com.au.
Offer valid from 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 July 2026. Purchases made after this time are not eligible.
Exploren reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Home charger discount

The 10% discount on home chargers applies to the residential charger unit only.
The discount does not apply to accessories, cables, installation fees, shipping, or any other add-on products or services purchased alongside the charger.
Standard charger warranty and returns terms apply; the promotional discount does not affect these right

Voucher validity & redemption

Vouchers purchased under this offer expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credit cannot be redeemed after this date and will not be refunded.
To redeem, download the Exploren App (available on Apple App Store and Google Play), create an account, add a valid payment method, and enter your unique voucher code.
Vouchers are redeemable at participating Exploren network sites only, as identified in the App. Not valid on third-party or roaming networks.
If a charging session cost exceeds your voucher balance, the remaining amount will be charged to your registered payment method.
Vouchers may be used in conjunction with other promotional offers in the App, subject to the terms of those offers.
Vouchers cannot be used to pay idle fees or other penalty charges incurred while using Exploren’s EV charging services.
If a charging session paid with a voucher is cancelled, any voucher credit used will be refunded as in-App credit only not as cash.

Restrictions

Vouchers and home charger discounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers, and additional credit cannot be added to an existing voucher.
Vouchers and discounted home chargers are for personal use only and must not be resold, transferred to third parties for commercial purposes, or used for commercial resale. Exploren may cancel vouchers or orders used in breach of this condition without refund.
The unique voucher/promo code should be treated as cash. Exploren is not responsible for lost or stolen codes used by a third party.
Exploren may decline use of a voucher or discount code where fraud, deception, or a reasonable suspicion of illegal activity is identified.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Subject to your consumer law rights, Exploren’s aggregate liability in connection with this offer is limited to $50.
Neither party will be liable for consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
