Exploren’s access control allows different users within a partner account to have customised visibility and permissions on the dashboard. This ensures that users only access the information relevant to their roles.

Yes, Exploren supports tiered access. You can assign varying levels of access to individual users within your organisation based on their responsibilities and requirements.

Typically, an account admin or designated manager has the ability to manage user roles and permissions within the Exploren dashboard, including adding users and setting their access levels.

Permissions may include visibility of charger locations, usage data, reporting tools, billing information, and administrative functions – ensuring each user only interacts with the features they need.
