How to Redeem Charging Voucher

Redeeming your Exploren Voucher

1. Download or update the Exploren app

You will need the Exploren app to activate the voucher code. If you app looks different to the screenshots below, you need to update the app in your app store.

2. Create an account

Once downloaded, follow the instructions to create an Exploren account and add a payment method (debit or credit card).

3. Redeem charging voucher

Select three lines on the top left to open menu.

Select ‘Redeem Voucher’ in the side menu.

Enter your voucher code.

Select Redeem Voucher to add to your account.

You are ready to start charging! View current vouchers in the ‘My Balance’ tab of the side menu.
